"Wooooo! Girls' weekend in the woods!"

"Great. Lexi's drunk already. Couldn't you have at least waited until we actually got to the cabin?"

"That'd be boring. You're boring, Sophia. You should--you should learn to be more fun."

Sophia rolled her eyes at her friend as she, Lexi, and the rest of her friends piled into the van. The six of them had rented a remote cabin in the woods for a weekend away; it seemed like a beautiful place, with a lake nearby and some very pretty looking hiking trails -- best of all, the group had gotten a hell of a deal on the rental, albeit it with a bizarre warning that the previous owner of the cabin was a rather eccentric man that the locals tended to steer clear of. Not that that mattered, Sophia thought. After all, the guy had been gone for some time now.

Sophia adjusted her rear-view mirror, looking at her friends in its reflection; they were all very pretty, garnering all kinds of attention from the guys on campus. There was Lexi, a boisterous party girl who often shocked the guys on campus by drinking them under the table; Maddie, the promiscuous and proud brunette; Kat, the brainy and somewhat awkward straight A student who had become the group tutor; Yuki, the exchange student that got an obscene amount of interest from men for her exotic looks; and Hayley, the group's fitness freak.

"You girls ready?" Sophia asked. "Remember, the first person to ask to stop for a bathroom break buys all the this weekend. And since Lexi's with us, that means you might be spending up to five figures..."

"I'll take that as a compliment, Sophia."

"I knew you would," Sophia smiled.

"I still think we should have invited a few guys," Maddie interjected.

"This is a girls' weekend," Sophia explained. "G-I-R-L-S."

"I know, I know," Maddie sighed. "Still, It'll be weird going an entire weekend without any dick."

"Fucking gross, Maddie," said Kat, disgust in her voice. "Do you always have to be so vulgar?"

"You love it..." Maddie teased, sticking her tongue out at Kat. Kat just frowned in response.

"The hiking trails around the cabin look awesome," Hayley mentioned. "Anyone interested in going with me?"

"I would enjoy that very much," Yuki answered. "I do love nature."

"Count me in, too," Sophia added as she started the van. Now let's get going..."
