The Invasion of our homes...

The enemy had captured another ally of yours when they were assigned to explore the enemy territory. Multiple squads had been sent to try and take land and possibly even take back the other captured by the enemy. For all the attempts that were used all but one failed, the people rescued talked of weird and near unheard of punishments and control of prisoners. You had heard these tales from the survivors and other soldiers that actually managed to return.

Some of the tales really scared you, while others confused you to the ends of what was possible. For one they kept on claiming that the invaders are actually from either another dimension or planet. You of course did not believe this until you saw a photo of one, and it looked like it was some freakish alien at best.

They looked as though they were a mixture of tentacles and women, of all things that you think that you would see. For one a lot of females that were captured do not seem to have reappeared anywhere near where they were supposed to be. For one thing a convoy full of women was found being taken to who knows where. Some said that they were being taken to be transformed but many believed this false, not you though. You for one, have heard this tale from others that were saved in the early stages of the war for your home.
