The Implementation

Our state has always been conservative. Like, ridiculously conservative, compared to other states. I never travelled outside of the state but I know we were the last state in the country to implement the free-use laws which, simplified, gives men the access to women's bodies for sex whenever, wherever and however he wants it.

I'd seen it on tv and we were taught a bit about it in school. In these states it was a common sight to see people having sex out on the streets, in public transport, at work, etc. It was no longer taboo to have sex with family members and different kinds of plastic- and/or sexually enhancing surgeries were very common. The states that were early adopters have already had these laws in place for about 30 years. We really were the last ones to the party. Fashionably late, my father says, but he never really showed an interest in the whole free-use spectacle.

We were a pretty normal family. I was an 18 year old girl and only child. I did pretty good in school, but I didn't really know what to do with my life. I had the grades to go to college, but I didn't know what to study or if I even wanted to study at all. My dad wanted me to study. He worked in local politics but for a party who has always had a neutral stance on the laws of free-use. They were the biggest party in our state and had always teamed up with the more conservative parties to govern.

There were a few rather small Free-Use parties but until recently they hadn't really had any influence in our state yet. There were the more general Free-Use party and a few even smaller specific, kinkier, parties who wanted very specific, kinky laws in-place. For example the Anal-Only party that wanted making fucking a womans pussy illegal unless you were granted permission by the state to reproduce. The Human Urinal party, you might imagine their political stance, parties for obligatory surgeries, et cetera, et cetera.

But recently my dads party teamed up with the Free-Use-Party and some of the smaller, kinkier parties to form a governing alliance, winning over the Conservative Party.

And yesterday, they laid down the new law. The Free-Use Law. The last state in the country now has free use. Every man now had the right to fuck any woman, anywhere, anytime anyway.

My mom was thrilled, though. She came from a free-use state and she met my father when he was there on a business trip. They fell head over heels and she moved back with him to his home state. But she always missed home and longed back to the ways of free-use. She only agreed to move here if my father was okay with her going to the swingers clubs and secret sex clubs because “it is only natural” and she put it. She encouraged him to do the same but I don't think he was all that interested.

I don't really know what to think yet. I turned 18 about six months ago and I know the law will affect me too, but I don't know how many people will actually utilise the new laws... How many people will actually go around fucking people in the streets just because they can? How much will actually change?
