The Bimbo reality

Anna takes another sip off my coffee as she looks at the upper left corner of her screen. "How is it 4 AM already again? Shit.. The professor needs this to be done in 5 hours for the presentation. I hope this time it will compile" She hits the run button of the program and starts the teleporter. "Please don't crash..." She mutters and a second later she hears a loud noise beaming noise coming from the teleporter next to her. "Ohh fuck it finally works!" After a moment of joy a bit of dread comes over her. "We don't have time to test this though. The only way to know it works now is to verify it myself." She sits back on her chair infront of her laptop pondering if she should risk it. The professor would be happy with it doing something now at least, but she wants to prove herself. She gets up and nervously get closer to the machine. She slowly reaches out to the machine with her shaking hand as suddenly her vision gets completely blinded by white light. Apparently the machine became unstable. So when she reached out to it she was pulled in, only for her to re-emerge into a random alternate universe within what was seemingly seconds. This left her to explore the universe's version of the university, which was very different to her universe's version of it...

She looked around and found herself to be in the alternate reality's university laboratory. But everything seemed to have not been touched for a decade. The lights are off, so it is very dark in the underground part of the university lab where they build the machine. Wait, so the university exists in this alternate universe, just very.. forgotten it seems. She saw the machine never existed in here, as the whole room is relatively empty, it seems like this room was once a normal teaching room before in her universe they made it a test lab. So this means there was some sort of event that made the university go bankrupt maybe. Her eyes adjusted enough to the darkness that she can move around more.

She slowly exists the room and walks into the hallway, she remembers they way to the stairs. She sees sunlight seeping through the doors at the stairs. She walks up the stairs and sees the doors have rusted quite a bit. She pushes them open as a single thought rushes through her mind and puts her at full alert with a rush of adrenaline. What if this universe has some kind of zombie outbreak or humanity went instict. Why else would the univeristy be this run down. She now very carefully pushes the door further and peeks outside slowly.
