Thankfully, it's not illegal

Punishment-free public nudity

Chapter 1 by Warmncuddly Warmncuddly

Ashley James was not trying to make history. She had a crazy idea before heading off to college and she got caught running around in public in her birthday suit by the cops. The full details are a story for another time, but, what happened in the end is that she was arrested and convicted. But, Ashley had a fierce determination, an endless charisma and a brilliant mind. So she was successfully able to appeal her conviction and get the superior court to recognize nudity laws as being a violation of human rights. Businesses, airports, schools, or any other organization punishing people just for nudity was also deemed a violation of rights.

Even though some people had their minds changed by the ruling, overall, society hasn't. So the reactions you see most people have toward nudity are generally the same as they'd have had before the ruling. People that supported nudity still support it, people that were disgusted by it are still disgusted and public nudity is still rare so those who would have gotten turned on by it still get the novelty factor when they see it happen.

Now the story is about the people whose unfortunate (or fortunate) circumstances put them into various states of undress and on public display with the biggest saving grace for them being that they can't be legally punished for it.

Who's story is this?
