Tale of Trevon Blin

In the world of Nizora, Humans along side many other races lived together. It was in the year of 1A11 where railroads began to sprout up in dwarven towns... Originally horse driven, some dwarves noticed that they could theoretically use steam power to move what they need to instead of using horses. These trains were primitive, usually needing a push to start.. The first official locomotives to appear were for the Darrüs Trials, with an 0-2-2 locomotive named 'Shuttle' coming out on top. In 1A12, the Relina, Aeon, and East Coast Railway (R.A.E.C.R.) was founded, with Shuttle becoming the first locomotive on the line.

Of course the prospect of Railways then caught on with the various regions. With one of the regions becoming well known for building some of the largest trains. Anyway, this set of stories take place in a region where it built smaller trains, but large enough to pull what was needed to. Of course as the years went on, the rail industry became Nationalized with the Nizoran World Government, becoming Solaris Rail. Now, onto our main character...Trevon!

Trevon Gordon Blin is a Goblin male in his early 20s who started working for Solaris Rail when he was 15 on an internship in their Larios Branchline Workshops. When he was 17 he was officially hired as a fireman for a crew in a shunting/switching yard operated by a small 0-6-0 Saddle Tank Engine. At 19 and experienced he'd earn a promotion to drive, and to be placed on a crew of a 4-4-2 Atlantic Type Locomotive placed on branch line services. He'd drive up and down doing what was asked of him whether it was freight or passengers. When he turned 20, he got promoted to main line service, getting placed on a crew of a 4-6-2 Pacific Type locomotive and on the prestigious Flying Wyvern service as a fireman.
