Strange Happenings in Hypnos City

True to its names, Hypnos was a relatively quiet place. It sat on the west coast next to the ocean which gave it a relaxing atmosphere. The city's name came from the Greek god and it seemed to be perfect.

On the one hand, it was indeed perfect. On the other, since very special individuals received some blessings that let them exert since influence over the town. Of course, there were plenty of things that could exert influence over someone if they weren't careful. The calm atmosphere was a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it was nice and relaxing. On the other, that same relaxation could become hypnotic.
