Raven's Most Humiliating Day

Raven walks into the tower's common room, which is particularly empty today, the quiet in the tower almost disturbs her, almost. She was dressed in her regular attire: A black leotard, a chain belt, blue ankle high boots, and her blue cloak, if these weren't the only type of clothes she had she probably wouldn't be wearing them today. You see just hours before, The Titans had gone up against mad scientist Chang, and during the fight with his henchmen, he had shot Raven with some kind of raygun. When she attempted to do her 'Azarath, Metrion, Zinthos' thing, nothing happened, she couldn't even fly. Chang than explained the raygun was design to temporarily neutralize superpowers, he had begun gloating about how he has finally beaten the Titans, only for Robin to kick him in the face while he was laughing like an idiot, Cyborg destroying the raygun, with Raven it's only victim.

After examining her, Cyborg determined Raven would regain her powers in 48 hours, and told her to just relax till then. It was then they had gotten a distress signal from Titans East, something about Brother Blood and Madame Rouge teaming up. The team had to leave in a hurry, Robin told Raven to stay, though she protested, she had to admit that she doesn't have enough experience fighting without her powers, she would be probably more of a hinderance than a help.

"8 down, 40 hours to go" Raven mutters, as she goes to the kitchen to cook breakfast, but then she remembered something, "Oh yeah, I can't cook." Well she didn't really need food, as long as she has her herbal tea...which was empty. "I ran out yesterday." Raven facepalms, knowing what she has to do.

"I've got to go to the city." It's not as if she hated Jump City, she was fine as long as she was with her team and could fly and teleport out whenever she wanted. But right now she was alone, and currently powerless, "I hope there's something in the garage I can drive."

This was already turning into a horrible day.
