Promotion/Demotion Slips

The promotion/demotion slip is one of the strangest types of magical item throughout the multiverse. They are A5 sheets of paper with four bits. At the top of the page was a bit to put the name of the person that is being affected, different people with the same name are not affected as only the person the writer of the slip is thinking about is affected and the first and last names of the person must be written, and what could be described as a boolean statement with a tick box for the two different options, promote and demote. The third bit describes what exactly they are being promoted or demoted too, and the fourth is the reason why. These latter two are what actually changes the person with the promote or demote options only determining how the person feels about the changes.

Here is an example of a promotion:

Name: John Doe

P or D: Promotion

Status: Bodybuilder

Reason: His big muscles.

John does not have to have big muscles beforehand as that is an affect that will happen to him as well as becoming a bodybuilder.

Here is an example of a demotion:

Name: John Doe

P or D: Demotion

Status: Sissy Crossdresser

Reason: His micropenis

Again, John does not have to have had a micropenis beforehand as that is an affect that will happen to him as well as becoming a sissy crossdresser.

In a lot of situations, the slip will change their occupation to the status written down from whatever it is. This is not a universal rule and if you wish to forgo that then go ahead but it does slightly defeat the purpose of the idea

What is considered a promotion or a demotion is subjective, realistically anything could be a promotion and anything could be a demotion. If we were to swap the two examples above, John would now feel despondent over being a bodybuilder now while in the original, his reaction to the change would have been positive. The opposite goes for the other example, while in the original example he would be sad to become a sissy crossdresser, swapping the example around would cause John to feel pride in becoming a sissy crossdresser.

The intended target has to read what the slip says to be affected by the changes, simply writing it down and keeping it to yourself will not do anything.

The slips can be used to give other people powers though omnipotence A.K.A. deification is not allowed, not even through multiple different slips.

The reasons can be as arbitrary as you dare as it is ultimately just another thing that adds to the transformation, 'Just Because', 'I felt like it' and 'I wanted to' are acceptable reasons though will not add at all to the transformation.

The slips do not have any influence on those under the age of 18, any characters under the age of 18 will need to be aged up.

I am separating this story out into three sections, somewhat based on the system that Fanfiction.net and FictionPress.com use. These are Fanfiction, which is fanfiction based on a single series, franchise or even real celebrities (do not use this story as a way to vent your frustrations or push your fetishes onto random real-life people that you know), Original Work, which is original work and characters created by the author of the chapter, and Crossovers, which is a combination of two or more series/franchises, original work with one or more series/franchises or even two or more pieces of original work that already exist within the story, just don't be a dick about it and all should be fine.
