Possession Powers

My name is Rob. I'm just a normal working class fellow. I'm 36 years old and live by myself with no girlfriend. My life was pretty plain but something happened to me one day that turned my life around. It was just a normal Saturday. Just got home and put my groceries away then i decided to take out my garbage and check the mail. I walked with my garbage bag in hand and left my apartment. I headed over to the garbage bin and threw my bag in. After checking the mail and seeing nothing but fucking flyers and coupons I threw them in the recycle bin and headed back to my apartment. As I was walking back I saw something glowing on the grass in the middle of the walkways. I walked over to it and it was a strange looking rock that was glowing blue. I thought it was pretty cool so I got closer to it to take a look. I reached down and picked it up in my hand. It was warm. I wondered where it came from and how it got there. I took it with my back to my apartment. Once I got inside I put it down on my kitchen table. As I pulled my hand away I let out a gasp. My hand was glowing blue now! "What the hell!?" I yelled as i moved my hand around trying to stop the glowing blue from spreading. But it did spread. It started to go up my arm and it started to cover my whole body. I was freaking out. I fell to the floor and it overtook me. My vision went blurry and all I could see was blue. I rolled around in agony without a hope of what to do to stop it. Eventually my vision started to come back. I held my hand out infront of my face and it was not glowing blue anymore. "oh thank god" I said as I stood back up. I checked over my body and it was not glowing anymore. It was back to normal. Even the rock was not glowing anymore. It seems the glow was absorbed into my body. But why? And what is going to happen to me?

I spent the rest of the day thinking about it and wondering what the hell happened to me.
