Naruto's coming of age

Naruto stood there in shock. The file he had just been presented with had surprised him, but what he had been told after he had never expected. He know knew who his parents were, (since it was such a well kept secret...). But, that was nothing to what had followed. The file Tsunade had given him contained detailed information on the Clan Restoration Act (CRA).
