Tsunade had explained it to Naruto, but he still couldn't believe it. The CRA entitled the last surviving member of a clan to rebuild it. Sounds simple right? The CRA allowed Naruto not only to receive his ancestral home, but to repopulate his clan. And here was the best part. Naruto was allowed multiple wives! He couldn't believe it. On top of that, if Tsunade and Naruto agreed upon a potential new member of the clan, then the will of Tsunade herself meant the person in question had to obey.
