You are Jimbo Doe, and you are a completely normal and unremarkable man. A little naive, perhaps; prone to believing others when you shouldn't, and perhaps a bit unobservant. But normal.
You live in a completely normal and unremarkable town named Nowhereville. Like most such towns, it has a rough downtown region full of dive bars and sexy hookers, suburbs full of neglected housewives, and a thriving night-time scene full of hot young things out to have fun... not that you usually notice, since your normal night mostly involves Netflix.
You have a completely normal and unremarkable job at Cash Inc.. You have a normal relationship with your coworkers, who are similarly mostly normal, except for the women being surprisingly hot... again, not that you would notice. You have work to do, after all, and besides you don't want to be the next workplace harassment story.
You awaken from some strange dreams, which you immediately forget as you do every morning. The blaring of the alarm heralds a new day.
