Making Riya mine

Making Riya mine

A 'Paying the Rent' Sequel

Chapter 1 by Manbear Manbear

When the text from Ja'mal about getting UConn basketball tickets hit my phone, I arranged a meeting with him at a local bar almost immediately.

Since Alison moved out of my upstairs apartment and in with her lover, I've been trying to replace her. Alison and I parted amicably enough, and I'm delighted at how happy she is, but ever since she moved out, I've had trouble finding anyone to take her place. After three failed attempts at finding someone like her, I got smarter about recruiting potential candidates. Instead of waiting for someone like Alison to randomly fall into my hands I've started stalking the college looking for the perfect young coed to fill her shoes.

One of the things I did was make friends with one of the counselors at the university Crisis Center. Ja'mal was one of the men and women who fielded a variety of emergency situations that Wesleyan students had to deal with. The ambitious young man in his mid-twenties was in the perfect position to spot what I was looking for. Naïve young women who, like Alison had been, were in dire straits and could be manipulated into doing things that they would normally never even consider.

Turns out Ja'mal is a UConn Alum like me and a huge college basketball fan, so it wasn't hard to figure out how to get him to alert me if any potential candidates came his way. Neither one of us wanted to get into trouble over this arrangement so all our communication was done face to face in public spaces. The text about tickets was the code we worked out for when he thought he spotted a good candidate.

“Is she even old enough to be in college?” I ask as I admire the snapshot that Ja'mal had taken of the young woman in question. We are sitting together at a local watering hole sipping on beer and chatting.

“I checked her ID, man. Riya Kapadia is her full name. She's 20 believe it or not.” When we first met over a year ago, I told Ja'mal that I was looking for cheap help to do odd jobs around the house. I don't think he believes me, but it is a convenient lie for both of us, so we stick to it.

“So, what's her story?”

“Her millionaire daddy got caught cheating the Indian government out of millions in textile contracts.” Ja'mal doesn't seem too sympathetic to some rich girl suddenly having to fend for herself. “The line of credit she uses whenever she needs money has been frozen along with all the rest of her family's assets.” I guess after working his way out of a Bronx ghetto, he probably figures that this privileged young woman deserves whatever happens to her.

I study the picture again, admiring the girl. Her dark-hair was thick and long and her smooth, caramel-colored skin unblemished. A pretty girl with huge, beautiful dark eyes and full lips that look very kissable. The doe eyes and innocence remind me a little of Alison, and I wonder if she could really be a sweet caramel version of my last real lover. The only downside I see is that it doesn't look like she has much of a rack, but I don't mind small tits, not if they're good and sensitive.

“You say she's pretty ?”

“Uh huh, she moved out of her $4,000 a month apartment last week. Pawned her jewelry to pay for a place at a cheap motel with weekly rates.” He takes another gulp of beer and shrugs. “says she's only got enough cash for one more week. She wanted help finding a job and a place to stay.” He smiled at me knowingly, “I thought you might be interested in helping her out...”

“Well, my friend you definitely earned these,” I push a pair of tickets to the Michigan game across the table and Ja'mal's eyes light up.

“All right then, Pat.” He finishes his beer with one more gulp and sets the mug down on the bar with a 'thud'. “Same deal as before. If you want this one, you got to find a way to meet her that doesn't involve me or the Crisis Center. She'll be at the center tomorrow at 11:30 for a follow-up, but the rest is up to you.”

I smile confidently. I've been refining my meet-and-greet technique to start talking to young women over the past year and by now it is pretty slick. If the rest of Riya's body looks as good as her face, I'll definitely give it a go.

What's the plan for meeting this pretty Indian exchange student?
