This is Luck.

Now, Luck isn't your average woman. In fact, she's quite a special lady. You see, she has some very... unique abilities. What do I mean by that? Well, she-

"Aw! That's so sweet of you! Isn't my author just the best?"

Uh... Luck? Maybe we should avoid the unnecessary compliments. I'd rather not give people the impression that I'm some kind of narcissist.

"What? You think just because you're the one writing my dialogue, people will find it egotistical that I'm singing your praises?"

"Oh, right! Sorry! Sometimes I get a little distracted when I'm excited... Anyway, I can do all sorts of different things, but my specialty is changing people. Changing their minds, changing their bodies, that kind of stuff. And I don't mean your normal mind control changes like making someone act like a chicken or turning someone into a brainless bimbo or mindless sex . Don't get me wrong, I could totally do all of those, and they do sound super fun, but I prefer to make more... interesting changes. What does that mean? Don't worry. You'll find out soon enough..."
