Insect Island

A ship sails on the come ocean it gently rocks side to side. The full moon lights the ocean waters and sky. Other than a few crewmembers are operating the helm and a couple of scientist looking at monitors reading data, most of the People onboard are fast asleep in their cabins. Suddenly the clear starry night turned into a thick cloudy fog. The water becomes choppy knocking the ship back and forth

The lead scientist looks up from her tablet "hope the specimens don't get upset this mo...” before she could finish her sentence a large wave hits the side of the ship. Dazed for a second she looks at one of the scientists "go check the cargo hold make sure everything's ok"

The captain wakes from her slumber the moment she reaches the helm the water begins to swells. The waves hit her ship from all side making hard to control. Taking over the helm, she tries to turn her ship around just as her ship begins to turn alarms start going off.

One of her crewmembers yells on the radio "ma'am rocks port"

She turns hard to star port dropping her engines to 1/4 speed. her ship heaves and creeks suddenly a large wave comes from nowhere "brace" the wave hits her ship smashing it into the rocks. People are throw from where they were bunks, chars, and where they are standing

More alarms go off another voice come on the radio "Ma'am we are taking on water"

Before she can say anything her first mate points out the window "captain land spotted what are your orders"
