You're Sheena a 36 year old who can't find the "One." Your last boyfriend Harr0y appeared to be everything you hoped for, until he slept with your Cousin Darcy.

Well that was 5 months ago now, and though you still feel down and bitter about the whole damn thing, you feel ready to move on with your life. Today was the start of your big change, to make something of your life.... Perhaps new friends, a lover maybe. You leave your call center job earlier than usual on a 2 week vacation doing nothing! That's right nothing!. Just planning on treating yourself to relaxation, nights out and new outfits. You deserved this "me time" and you are determined to return to work a happier, more approachable fun girl!

You head home using the Metro Line, once your off at your stop, you walk the length of the Grand Park and approach "The Uncomfortable Tunnel". The uncomfortable tunnel was the underpass beneath a busy road not far from home. Inside the tunnel lay a homeless woman who was quite frankly a very creepy old lady. Kids from the neighbourhood called her "The Witch" She always asks for money.. You always obliged until last week you decied to give up on it. Donating everyday was starting to tally up! Although you had stoped donating, "The Witch" still waits for you to get close, then she stands obstructing your way with the word "Please" and a scabby hand that begs for your hard earned money. Since you stopped paying she became more and more irate with you. You appeased her yesterday by promising to donate so that she would stand aside, Which today you would of done...But today you have nothing but a 20 dollar bill, and she wearnt getting that!

You walk the tunnel with your head purposly staring down at your shoes, perhaps she won't notice today? Well chance will be a fine thing! Your heels were clip clopping the concrete floor as you strided through. You come to a complete stop when you are obstructed by the tunnel lady. Without looking up you kindly suggest "Excuse me" She wasn't moving and did not respond. You slowly lift your head a make eye contact with this wreached lady. "Hello miss," said the tunnel lady. "I've been waiting for you" You utter your excuses about not having a dime to spare today.. but she wearnt buying it. "Now, you promised me dear, your not breaking promises are you?" You continue to spill your excuses but she stands firm and continues to pester you. "Out my way!" You demand "I need to get home!"

"I'm sure you do" replied the old tunnel lady. Your furious now, and with all the positive changes you had planned to undertake, you feel this might be your first.. No more nice guy you think, "Move!" You gently push her aside and walk on. "I will be waiting for you tomorrow" cackled the lady.

You decide not to stand for this no-more, you storm back up to her and say.."I BET, you don't even try to make something of your life your lower than scum!, never talk to me again, got it!" The lady just glare at you and husks "I BET, your lonely Sheena." Your stunned, she knows your name? "I ALSO BET, you have $20 on you". Defensively you hit back, "Even if I did you wouldn't get it off me!"

"Hmmm" said the old lady, she crouched in a fetal position then repeatedly whispers... "I BET...I BET...I BET...I BET......._" Ok ?!? You always knew she was weird, but her behaviour was only confirming that assessment. You turn to walk out the tunnel, you only manage a few steps until you hear the old lady call out.."I BET...You will give me your $20 bill" You stop in your tracks, turn to look at her and have a plan. You decide to give her your darn money on the terms that she never asks again, "The Tunnel Lady" agreed your terms and cackled as you left the tunnel.
