You're a human in space. This isn't normal. Either humans are very new to the galactic stage or their biology or culture or whatnot is somehow different from everyone else, and you reap the benefits.
Or suffer the drawbacks.
Go crazy. Bdsm, tentacles, size play, futa, fetishization, whatever.
Have someone screw a planet for all I care.
