Free Use in WWII

In this alternate timeline, the Allied powers lose their foothold in Western Europe and the United States Navy is no longer supreme in the Pacific. As a result, the war has reached a stalemate.

The Japanese are still not able to break through America's naval defense that is now concentrated close to home. Meanwhile, the Reich and the Soviet Union remain locked in a war with no progress made from either side. The Royal Navy (Britain) has so far prevented the Reich from landing in their homeland, but the possibility is still not out of the question...

To try to gain the upper hand and with the invention of the "pill", the nations passed their own variants of free-use laws to enable their population to breed and fulfill their country's need for new soldiers. While the specifics varied slightly across the world, in general, a few things are the same:

All adults are free to use in any way, and this has shaped society in terms of work, sports, the military, and more. Anyone can have sex with anyone and creampies are encouraged but not required.

A medicine called the 'pill' is commonly used everywhere. Taken daily, it allows for pregnancies to last for only 3-4 weeks and allows for women to keep the same body shape even while pregnant.

Clothing is heavily sexualized everywhere to allow for quick access to sex. Booty shorts with access holes, mini skirts, and crop tops, for example, are all common. Guys are often shirtless and/or have their dicks hanging out all the time.

Everyone is forbidden to engage in sexual acts with anyone under the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 must wear 'old style' clothing for this reason.

Feel free to write whatever you want! Whether this is a nation or a character in a nation, you can choose whatever you like. Stories need not be in sync with the events of other nations, so feel free to write whatever when mentioning other countries. Pictures and gifs are good too.
