Council of Lust

Most people had been surprised with the emperor announcing that he would convene a great council. At least most of the cleric and the peers. But regardless, the emperor had called and so everyone had spend the last year making preparations to travel there. Nobody fully knew how long it would take as there were many topics to be discussed.

Day after day caravanes of travelers flooded into the small city of Breve, which was located near the coast. High above the town, the local ruler's castle was located. The emperor would settle there but everyone else was looking for places around the town.

New stores opened every day, selling every sort of item people could be interested to buy. From food over books to magic items. Some vendors had placed them stragially just in front of an delegation's assembly place, selling the foreign guests their favourite food from their home.

And not only did the called nobles and clerics came, each of them brought dozens of followers with them. From servants over guards to family members. And those, while occasionally busy with attending meetings or one of the many events, were sometimes rather bored. Gladly Breve was known for his giant bathhouse, powered by a hot spring in the nearby mountain.

This mixture of people from all branches of life, from all regions and stands, was a huge melting pot for adventures and the wide spread of magic did help to fuel it even more.
