Ascension: Angels and Demons

In the year 3XXX the Ascension finally came and half of humanity moved on to the next plane of existence. Shortly after that Iteresiel: Crown Princess of the Divine led the Divinity's Edge (the Militant arm of the Divine) against her twin sister Ahonilael and her Nihilistic Shade followers(Broken humans and Fallen Angels) which extinguished 45% of the remaining human species while both sides took the remaining as tributes. You were left behind because of a secret only known by the Smecerin the Supreme and after escaping capture you find yourself on the run trying to understand what is going on with you. Both faction leaders after reading text and hearing rumors of the Sacred Treasure contained inside a specific soul.

While fleeing through a small town and dodging Angle and Fallen, You come upon a hidden temple for The Supreme Believers. During humanity's time you didn't believe in that spiritual crap, you grew up very technological, always on the cutting edge and pretty savvy yourself with the creativity. Scavenging the temple you come across a idol that upon touch you receive a vision from The Supreme telling you of your journey to obtain something she wouldn't admit to right out of the gate. "You will discover yourself but, you must not tell anyone who you are or you could be killed." she says as she touches your forehead. You feel power surge through you like a lightning strike. "Wow, what the hell was that." you wonder out loud.

Ahonileal at the same time while torturing humans for fun felt the awakening which caused her to stop. "Is it time finally? If I get the prize I will be able to enter my endgame."

Standing over her battle table Iteresiel doubled over in pain as she received the vision of The Beacon being lit. "Princess, are you alright?" Scion Tisrsar: 1st Blade of the Edge asked. As the sun sets you see a shooting star through the fading night sky and a explosion where you found the temple. "Shit, this could be trouble" You say as you pick up the pace. "More than you could ever imagine" a feminine voice says as you turn to put some distance between you and the explosion warning bells telling you to move as fast as possible. Fear crawling into your soul you turn around and see noone from where the voice came from. "Psst behind you" the voice says as you spin around again. Laughing and kissing your earlobe the voice says: "You are too cute, I was told I couldn't touch you but I just can't help myself. Its been so long since I've tasted a human." "I gotta get out of here, I have no way to defend myself." you say as you struggle against a unseen **** "Let me go" you say as the binding disappears.
