All Girl Summer Camp

The bus ride was long. You seemed to have been traveling for days. But in reality it was more like hours. Six to be exact. For the last five of those hours only trees have gone by.

Your parents had sent you away this summer against your will. They were taking their own vacation this summer and they didn't trust you at home by yourself. You couldn't really blame them for not trusting you but this was a little . After all, six weeks was a lot of time to spend at camp.

You never were much of an outdoors person, but that was just one of the things you were not looking forward to. Leaving all you friends behind. And your boyfriend. Least of all communal showers.

Finally the bus slowed to halt. Everyone stumbled off the bus, tired from the long journey and glad to have arrived.

You took a look around. An enormous sign read "Twin Peaks All-Girls Summer Camp" The first thing that caught your eye was the crystal clear lake with an island near the middle. Next to the lake there were canoes, rowboats, and kayaks. Off to the left were the cabins. They were small and the condition looked poor. You cringed at the thought that you would spend your next month and a half in those tiny shacks.

A tall, blonde woman came to the front of the group. She looked to be in her early twenties and reminded you vaguely of Reese Witherspoon.

"Hi everyone!" her voice chirped, "My Name is Chrissy and I'll be your camp director here at Twin Peaks. First thing i want to is get you in pairs with your buddy that you'll be sharing a cabin with for your stay"

As she read off the girls' names, they paired off and went to their respective cabins.

"Doe, Jane " your ears perked up "You'll be sharing a Cabin with Lopez, Maria. You're in cabin #69."

A Latino woman with long dark hair and a great figure appeared next to you.

"Hi. I'm Maria. I guess we'll be sharing a room."

"I'm Jane."

You reach your cabin and notice pleasantly that it is right next to the water.

"At least it's not all bad," you think to yourself.

As you look around, you already miss home. The cabin consists of one room. It's contents include a dresser, a desk, a closet, some rope, and a bunk bed with a big hole in the top bunk where the mattress should be."

Well, , looks like we'll be sharing a bed." Maria said with a grin that made you uneasy.

"Ugh, I guess we have to..." you reply, cringing at the thought of having to share a bed with another girl.

She looks at you, still with a smile on her face. "Try not to sound so exited," she replies sarcastically. "Well, what will we do first?"
