A New Roommate

Perhaps someone living here WAS a good idea...

Chapter 1 by BigBoySkeletor BigBoySkeletor

Hello! I'm BigBoySkeletor, and this is more or less going to be my first story to stretch my creative muscles and see if I enjoy the CYOA life over here. So, a few things about the story to begin with;

  1. This is going to include furry/anthro content, if you haven't guessed already from the tags or the picture I've used.
  2. There's likely going to be multiple branching paths including more characters, situations, etc. If you've got any requests, feel free to drop a big ol' message in my inbox.
    So
    now, without further ado, on with the story!

RING RING

Out of the corner of your eye from your desk, your phone seemed to light up, immediately prying your attention away from your current task. Whereas you normally only took calls from people you knew with contact names already registered, this day was different. You'd left a notice up in some of the local areas about a place to rent, with free space and a room available with use of the facilities included, with a pretty damn low price. "I assume you know this is about the room - I've been knocking your door for the past 10 minutes."

What the fuck? Had she actually been there that long? Immediately, you stood up, chair flying back and scooting across the floor behind you.

"You have?", you rather uninventively retorted. You weren't necessarily in a position to think too hard. "Shit, lemme get that for you." You immediately tapped your thumb against the 'End Call' button, placing down your phone to the desk and stepping out of the room, shutting the door on the way out.

This was it. This could potentially be the start of a new segment of your life - with a new friend there helping you along through the tough times, and likewise doing the same for them. Stepping forwards and placing your hand on the door-handle, you pressed down, and opened it.

On the other side, was someone you wouldn't ever expect. It was...
