The general genre of this story is an erotic action thriller, rated "R" or above.

The story is in the same genre as other stories of the undead, except zombies remain with two basic needs instead of only one: eating and procreating. They are seeking healthy flesh and fresh sperm to cure themselves and live a little longer, and healthy wombs to procreate. It’s survival instinct, both of the individual and the species.

Male zombies seek to cum as often as possible to get rid of their ill sperm. They impregnate healthy women who soon get infected. Zombies are capable of holding off a certain time to find one, before tension becomes so large that they will fuck anyone or anything.

Female zombies mostly seek only healthy men who can impregnate them. They have no ill juices to get rid of, but they are incredibly more thirsty for fresh cum.

In both cases, zombies have a tendency to eat healthy flesh of the same sex as a means to reduce competition for the other sex.

As far as effects are concerned, there are different degrees of infection. One can get infected by inhalation of infected gas, and if the person is dead, they will resuscitate as undead. If the person is alive, they will become ill and mutate. If one is infected by bite, the effect are pretty similar to those of inhalation, although more severe if it comes from a different species. The worst effects comes from eating infected food or receiving infected cum (or healthy food or cum if done by the undead) of a different species, in which case strong mutations adds up to the known effects, and may results on deformed zombies or even unrecognizable monsters.

In the gestating phase of the illness, in the transition from living being to undead, there might be a push of sexual tension, where the infected but not yet undead have a sudden higher desire for the other sex.

The pregnancy of infected women or female zombies is accelerated and they give birth to undead zombies or creatures that grow fast with healthy flesh. In a matter of weeks, babies reach puberty and adulthood. From the start, they are on their own. Zombies have lost parental instincts. Babies eat flesh others have left. They grow on their own and soon join the ranks of mature zombies seeking to eat and procreate.

Somewhere in the story, it could be cool to have the main female kick-ass heroine develop immunity from the virus infected cum or blood, in order to fight or be taken by zombies without losing her to the undead.
