The last thing you remember was playing Warhammer 40k with some friends and then sat down on the couch to wait your turn to play again and maybe catch a quick nap. "Well that is a good question isn't it my dear?", a very femine voice says.

You are one of many individuals across the multverse to be isekai'd into another dimension. Here's the short version of how you got to this point. Big E and the four Chaos Gods decide to take a break from trying to erase each othet fron e istence to play poker. Slaanesh breaks out the god-level booze and that give an unholy high to the user. Partying ensues, everyone gets baked and somehow a game of sudden blackjack got called with the winner able to reshape reality in their image. Slaanesh won and then Tzeench got bored and realized he hadn't fucked with the Materium in a while. The God of Change reached through the fabric of reality, grabbed you by the collar and yanked you to meet him, well her for a one on one meeting.
