You play as the main character who can be male, female, or futa. Futanari exists as an equal gender along with men and women. The general population is 35 percent male, 35 percent female and 30 percent futa. Futa are generally more well endowed than men or women but also have higher sex drives and require special facilities built so they can relieve themselves if they get too horny or take medication to suppress their urges.
