Sent on a mission

“I don’t want anything from you Katniss,” he tells her, “I’ve been sent to you Coin herself, I have classified information on the capitol and I have a pathway for you to get into the home of President Snow himself… and as you very well know, you capture Snow… that’s the end of the war…”

Katniss's eyes widen slightly at the mention of President Snow, her mind racing with the implications. She studies Sampson intently, trying to gauge his sincerity and trustworthiness.

“You have a way into Snow's home?” she asks, her voice low and measured. “And how do I know this isn't some kind of trap? How do I know President Coin hasn't just sent you to get me to let my guard down?”

She takes a step closer to Sampson, her bow still clutched tightly in her hands. “If what you're saying is true, then this could be the key to ending all of this. But I need more than just your word, Sampson. I need proof.”

Katniss's gaze darts around the room, as if searching for something. Her mind races with possibilities and potential pitfalls. If this is real, it could change everything. But she knows all too well the dangers of trusting the wrong people.

Her tone is businesslike, focused on the task at hand. But beneath the surface, Katniss's heart pounds with a mix of fear, anticipation, and a ****, burning desire to see Snow brought to justice—to see an end to the suffering of her people, once and for all.

“Ive lived in the capitol most of my life darling, i know every street, every spot you’ll run into trouble in,” he says, closing in on her, beginning to look deeply into her eyes and checking out incredible facial features, “The least you could do is smile for me.”

The response is a dangerous one… Katniss is not in the mood for games.
