Carrying on, you come across a dying mind flayer. You go to kill it, but stop as you feel... compassion for it. You break free, and stomp its head in. After, you come across Gale, a wizard who needs help and is also infected with a tadpole, and rescue Lae'zel from some tieflings. She seems to know a cure for your aliment, though her and Shadowheart don't seem to get along.

You come across some people trying to get into some sort of settlement, and are attacked by goblins. Then, from the battlements comes Wyll. Dashing and heroic, just like the stories. Thinking of it, your whole party was quite attractive, in their own way. While you hadn't seen the ladies' bodies under their armour Shadowheart had an attractive face for a cleric and Laz'ael must have quite the body to wield such a sword. To think what they could do with yours. Snap out of it, you need to fight. Fantasize about them later.

The battle was hard fought, but with Wyll's help, no one died. The leader of the camp, Zevlor, is shouting at the one who left the goblins there. You try to talk them down, pointing out how you win, but fail. You do talk him down before another fight starts. He gives you some tents and bedrolls as thanks for helping out. It turns out that they are being kicked out of the grove by the druids who live there. You agree to talk with Kagha, the head druid, to get her to stop.

You trade, you steal, you convince some teifling named Rolan to stay with the group and not head out on his own. But there he is, Wyll, teaching the children to fight for the road ahead.

"The Blade of Frontiers, at your -"

Your minds become one, and you see his vision of him casing down a devil.

"Who was that?"

"Karlach, advocatus diaboli. An an archdevils soldier I swore to kill. I tracked her through the Hells, but the illithids got to mr before I could kill her. She's out there now, and if I don't kill her, she'll leave a trail of corpses."

"Let me help you track her down"

Laz'ael doesn't like this, but eventually agrees to let Wyll join up, after some ass kissing.
