Just letting you know right now that I'm more of a setup & lore kinda guy, so I won't be adding anything to this story beyond the Intro as I'm way more interested in seeing what other people can do with the world and ideas I set up. Also because stories involving racial superiority (black superiority especially since I'm white as hell IRL) aren't really my thing and kinda make me feel uncomfortable, even if it is just for the fetish.

That being said though, I'm really looking forward to reading what you come up with!

So instead of simply editing it, I'm going to create a new version that's much more up to date and polished. So feel free to go absolutely nuts!

On November 15, 1864, Union forces led by General Sherman burnt the Confederate city of Atlanta, Georgia to the ground.

In this timeline, the destruction was so total, that not only was the city abandoned and never rebuilt again - becoming the ultimate symbol of "fuck around and find out!" - but the capital was relocated to Savannah which remains the case to this day.

This has caused the former to be known as 'America's Carthage'; it's also referred to as the 'lost city of Atlanta'.

On November 15, 1904 - the 40th anniversary of the burning - President Theodore Roosevelt officially made the ruins a National Monument. Today it's a popular tourist destination that helps bring in millions of dollars in revenue to the State of Georgia annually (not to mention being a pseudo-religious holy site for the Klan, Neo-Confederates and Lost Causers).

On July 11, 1866, the city of New Atlanta was founded a few miles away from the still-smoldering ruins of the original city by Richard Samuel Freeman (March 4, 1812 - September 20, 1870). A former **** from Athens who escaped from bondage at the age of 16 via The Underground Railroad and fled to Boston where he became a very successful steel worker.

After the war, Richard - who was one of the many Northern "carpetbaggers" - founded New Atlanta in order to launch his own steel production company: FREEMAN STEELWORKS.

The company is still in operation today and is one of the best in - not only the United States - but the world!

After being elected New Atlanta's first mayor, Richard (holding no real ill-will or hatred for the white man due to his devout Christian upbringing) passed the Dibs Law, making it so that all white women in the city of legal age - regardless of relationship status - could only be legally used by black men!

At first this only applied to women who were in some way connected to white Southern men who owned slaves prior to the war, or fought in the Confederate Army; but over time it applied to all white women within the city limits.

This doesn't mean that non-black men are second class citizens or aren't allowed to use women at all as that would've been ridiculous; not to mention unconstitutional (a direct violation of 'All Men are Created Equal' and the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness).

White men can still freely use single non-white women anytime they want, it just means that non-blacks have to wait their turn a/or ask for permission to use white women in public settings, even if she's his wife (not ideal but it is what it is. Besides in this reality, WOC - even those who don't want to admit it for fear of being cancelled as a "race traitor" or something else stupid like that - have an innate primal desire to get bleached by BWC and most white men find the holes of ebonies and other WOC to be more addicting than crack! Same things goes for black men and white pussy and vice versa).

The law does have 3 clauses that do put whites at a slight disadvantage though...

• A black man can enter a white/non-black residence any time he wants without the owners permission or knowledge; but only if there's a woman over the age of 18 present, which is also the only piece of property he's entitled too.

To ensure the rights and safety of the occupants, the man can only go where the woman he's currently using goes (the only exception to this being the bathroom) and can only stay for as long that is necessary. Once he's done using her and any other woman in the household of legal age, he is by law required to leave immediately; and if he refuses, the homeowners have every right to do whatever it takes to make sure he does.

The only times where it's acceptable to deny him entry or ask him to leave prematurely is if he's a suspected criminal, has a weapon on his person or is acting creepy, threatening or hostile, especially if there's a child/underage member of the household somewhere.

• If a black man happens to impregnate a white woman, he isn't inherently responsible for that child.

• While all races can have harems and own sex slaves, the price for owning one is 50% less for those of African descent compared to those of non-African descent.

As expected, a lot of Dixies had a problem with this and even took the issue all the way to D.C.

While President Andrew Johnson was sympathetic to their grievances, Congress and the Supreme Court were less so; in a surprising move near-unanimously - racist ones included - siding with Richard and essentially telling the men who just one year prior had been committing treason for the last four years...

"You lost! Get over it!"

(It should be noted that the ones who took issue with the law were primarily men. A lot of women weren't too thrilled about it either but didn't really complain all that much and even the most die-hard racists begrudgingly accepted it pretty quickly for the fact that at the end of the day - cum is food and good dick is good dick - even if the semen being pumped into their stomachs belonged to the cock of a [INSERT RACIAL SLUR HERE]).

(Also, if you're wondering why the whites didn't just leave, it's cause people still need somewhere to live & work in order to provide for both themselves and their families. And being founded as a steel town, New Atlanta provided plenty of well-paying job opportunities. It also helps that Richard was a man ahead of his time; even at the height of the Gilded Age, New Atlanta was heralded as a bastion for Workers Rights!)

(Makes sense, gotta keep your primarily white workforce happy while you and your boys are busy casually railing & **** their wives and daughters, darkening their stomachs and wombs with your seed for sometimes hours on end!)

The Court did tell Richard to slightly amend the law to include some provisions; to which he did and the rest is history.

Throughout the rest of his term, Richard would go on to survive 9 **** attempts before passing away peacefully in his sleep on September 20, 1870 at the age of 58, surrounded by the pregnant spouses of the failed assassins.

Despite some racial tension and a couple of race riots in the early years, things eventually settled down and the Dibs Law has been the norm ever since. New Atlanta is the only city where something like this has ever been tried and worked successfully.

Today the city has a population of around 650,130 - the majority of those being blacks & whites thought there is a small minority of Asians & hispanics.

Even with the Dibs Law in place, New Atlanta is just like any other city - warts and all - where the inhabitants get along for the most part, it just so happens that all non-black males are cucks. There are some blacks who are assholes and due take advantage/**** their unique status, but they're in the minority and for the most part belong to criminal gangs.

New Atlanta is mainly Protestant (specifically Baptist, Pentecostal and Evangelical) with Catholics, Jews, Muslims and other making up a small minority.

Due to being a steel town, New Atlanta has often been described as "the Pittsburgh of the South" but nicer.

While New Atlanta does share some similarities with the Atlanta of our universe - such as having the same sports teams (Ex. the New Atlanta Falcons) - it's still it's own city. A city filled with various interesting locations, characters, etc. that's YOURS to create, explore and follow!
