She-Hulk: Unnffff!

[Inset] Close on Par’s eager face as he undoes his tie.

Par: Now… the fun can begin.

[Inset] Close on RED GUARDIAN, who is talking on a com link. (With his hand to his ear to make it obvious.) He looks troubled, frowning. In the background, we see a rocky landscape.

Red Guardian: (in Russian) Yes I understand, but… Yes. Yes. I understand.

[2] Outdoors, over Red Guardian’s shoulder we see an earthquake-ravaged town. Valkyrie lifts a large piece of rubble from a collapsed house, assisted by Crimson Dynamo and Darkstar. Hellcat tends to an injured civilian. Ursa Major, trying his best to look non-threatening, holds out a package of food to a skeptical child. Various civilians in various states of injury and distress move about in the background. (Label the Winter Guard members so readers know who’s who.)

Ursa Major: It’s really good…!

Skeptical Child: Bears are supposed to eat honey!

Hellcat: You’re being very brave sweetie!

[3] Red Guardian is walking over towards Hellcat. He makes a hand gesture towards Crimson Dynamo and Darkstar who have turned towards him. Valkyrie has her back to them.

Hellcat: Red Guardian? Any word on Jennifer’s meeting with this scumbag President?

Valkyrie: Has she killed the man yet?

[4] View over the shoulders of Crimson Dynamo and Darkstar, who are exchanging a glance. Darkstar’s expression is sad but resolute. (Crimson Dynamo’s face is a mask. Literally.) Beyond them, Red Guardian has walked past Hellcat; she has turned to face him, turning away from Crimson Dynamo and Darkstar.

Red Guardian: I am… It appears they have reached an accord. The government will allow us to continue with the relief effort here. While you…are to join Ms. Walters at the palace.

[5] Hellcat and Red Guardian stand side by side. Hellcat wears a surprised but pleased smile, but Red Guardian looks grim. Behind them Ursa Major is stalking over towards Valkyrie, who has picked up another large piece of debris. Crimson Dynamo is warming up his sonic projector, while Darkstar is beginning to summon a sphere of darkforce energy.

Hellcat: That’s terrific! See, I toldja it’d all work out!

Red Guardian: Yes. Yes you did. You… The Winter Guard will make sure these people are taken care of. I swear it.

SFX: WHIR
