We’ll see you soon
Impulse buy
“Maybe I should have thought this through more. If what they say is true though, I’d at least have less reason to talk to myself so much.” I snicker to myself. “At least they’d understand someone with a nervous laugh.”
I took a healthy swig from my whiskey glass, the culprit for other impulse buys, and leave my office to make dinner. That is, if something didn’t catch my eye immediately.
“I don’t remember door being here, well I guess I don’t have a balcony anymore. Here I thought they were going to deliver a door with a gaggle of girls behind it, not a door to install itself.” I sigh and look through my kitchen. “Might as well be something with spice,” I tell myself as I start cooking some shredded chicken for the meal to come.
Knock knock knock BANG BANG BANG
“Hold on let me make sure I don’t burn something.” I yell out to whoever can hear me.
“WE WOULD BUT ITS REALLY FREAKING DARK IN HERE,” “I’m very sorry but we can’t find another way out of here.”
I freeze, almost for sure recognizing the voices I’m hearing. I look out my window and still see that the sun is up. “Well I don’t know why it’s dark where you are, sun hasn’t even gone down. Are you sure you didn’t just lose your eyesight all the sudden?” I snicker as I say that.
Suddenly a red light emanated from under the strange door I noticed earlier. “I knew you were just pulling our leg!” “I can see the flame too Tamaki, the holy flame is quiet for me though.”
