Her next target was William Adler. A rich Maecenas who stands for the union of omnics and people. He voted for the common peace and union, integration of omnics in society, and giving them respective rights. A very unpleasant target for the Talon. Amelie was sitting at the top roof of a building that stood exactly against Adler's mansion. All the huge windows, covered with thick curtains, were at her disposal. Such a puny attempt to cover from her sight. It seems that William Adler was even more careless than she thought previously. Widowmaker activated her visor and took aim, searching for her target.

The voice behind her was like a lightning shock. Who was there? She got rid of all the guards around, none should be here! Yet, she was caught. Amelie thought that she should answer the voice, it was the rightest thing to do:

He sounded very polite and even friendly. Like he was talking not to a deadly assassin.

The words slipped from Amelie's lips easily and naturally. She freaked out internally because of her reaction but somewhere deep inside understood, that she has to act this way.

Amelie got up from her position and casually followed Mr.Adams. They slowly got down to the ground and passed through the gates. None reacted to Amelie or even looked at her with suspicion. Everything was happening as it should.
