Dwayne Omega - The Governor

Dwayne Omega was a young, nerdy, black scientist living in Vancouver in the Canadian province of British Columbia.

One day, while experimenting with exotic cosmic frequencies, Dwayne inadvertently opened a pathway within his mind to a negative universe and contacted the BNWO meta.

Over the course of several weeks, Dwayne experienced significant changes to his mind and body. He experienced a growth spurt, transforming him into a massively strong man. Meanwhile, his mind became attuned to manipulating certain cosmic frequencies, allowing him unfettered access to the Omega Effect, which granted him a set of godlike psionic powers.

Dwayne also inherited the will of the BNWO meta. He understood that he was now the prime avatar of BNWO in his universe and was destined to spread its influence.

Over the next few years, Dwayne schemed, plotted, and fucked his way up the ladder of Vancouver’s local politics, becoming the mayor of Vancouver for a term, before ultimately winning the seat to be the Premier of British Columbia. Along the way, Dwayne opened up expedited immigration pathways for more blacks to enter B.C. and Vancouver. Black men in particular started migrating to Canada in droves, driven by an inexplicable desire to plant their roots there. Though no one could explain it, they felt drawn to Dwayne like moths to a beacon of light.

In the middle of his term as the Premier of BC, Dwayne suddenly held a referendum to secede British Columbia from Canada and join the union of United States as its 51st state.

As expected, there was dissent. But with unilateral support from his carefully cultivated voter base, while strategically applying intimidation in the right places and sexual dominance on the most stubborn of opposition, Dwayne managed to attain a clear majority for his referendum to secede. His lobbyists in the USA also made sure the US government would welcome him as the 51st state of America.

Thus, within a span of a year, British Columbia was abolished as a province of Canada. It became the newest state of the USA with Vancouver as its capital city. The new state itself was renamed. It was now, Nero Columbia. Literally Black Columbia.

Dwayne Omega was then elected to be the governor of Nero Columbia. From the start, he abolished term limits, thus ensuring he would perpetually be re-elected to office by his BNWO influenced citizens, who were already the majority of the population at 53% and growing.

Naturally, there were still many dissidents in Dwayne’s new state who had qualms with the tactics he used to gain power. But now that his sphere of influence has been firmly established, he could finally focus on slowly dismantling all resistance and converting some key individuals to his cause.
