Cindy Prado is the first patient

John is in his examining room. He is about to meet his first patient.

Before Cindy Prado joins him Janice the blonde sexy nurse enters the room. She smiles at John but she looks a little bit frustrated. She tells him about Cindy.

“Cindy isn’t sick. I run a few test on her and she doesn’t have a fever or anything else that is obviously wrong. No cold or cough. Basically I think she is either a hypochondriac or it is a mental problem. But she just insisted seeing a doctor. She is also VIP. A VIP passenger will always be treated very well. Apparently she is a model and a Instagram celebrity. She definitely looks the part. So I didn’t have a choice and I agreed to let her see a Doctor. “

“Janice that’s okay please let her in. I appreciate what you have told me and I guess you are right. I will see if I can get her to tell us what is her real problem. “

John first sentence as a Doctor on board. As soon as a real patient is mentioned he immediately gets into his official mood. It felt like he and Janice understood each other and he thinks that she is right. Cindy just needs to talk to somebody and in this case a Doctor to get something off her chest.

Janice leaves the room and she goes to get Cindy. In a few minutes they both arrive to the examining room. Cindy and John shake hands John shows Cindy where to sit. She sits down on the medical bench. Janice leaves after leaving the journal with Cindy’s information and test results to John.

Cindy doesn’t look sick at all. In fact she looks very healthy and in terrific shape. In a tight gray outfit her perfect body looks amazing. Beautiful face and sexy lips. Blonde long hair and overall a wonderful woman. Tall as well. She is a stunningly beautiful lady. Elegant and very classy. John can definitely understand why she works as a model.

The only thing indicating that something isn’t right is her sad expression. Her eyes look sad and she doesn’t exactly look happy. Not to sad but something is a bit off.

John looks through her papers. As Janice told him nothing seems wrong with Cindy.

John sits down and faces Cindy. He is working again and it feels natural and familiar. He starts too interview her.

”So Cindy please tell me in your own words what is wrong with you. ”

Cindy manages to smile. John can really imagine how lovely her face must be when she is happy and smiling. He gets a glimpse of a fabulous woman and a sexy one as well.

”Well Doctor I don’t feel good at all. Low energy and my body hurts. Occasionally I have trouble breathing and I have constant headaches. Sleep is irregular and I just feel tired and lacking motivation. ”

John looks through the papers again before he starts talking. He is taking a chance with Cindy. Let’s be much more frank with her than perhaps a normal Doctor would be. Celebrities like her sometimes get treated with silver gloves. He talks again.

”Well Cindy nurse Janice took some tests and we can’t find anything wrong with you. In fact both you EKG and blood pressure are fantastic. You seem to be in perfect shape. I can of course examine you more and take more tests but I think your problem is probably something else. ”

He stays silent. He waits for Cindy to speak again. He can see a tear in her eye as she looks at him and she looks very sad. Beautiful but sad and perhaps even lonely.

”Well I am if course affected by the breakup with my longtime boyfriend. I definitely acknowledge that fact. However my problem is something else. I think there is something physically wrong with me. I just don’t understand what.”

Cindy looks at John and now she is crying gently. John gets her a napkin for her to wipe the tears off. Right now Cindy looks so sweet and ****. John then continues.

” Heartbreak can affect the body in many different ways. I can take more tests but my recommendation is for you is to take a few days off. Just relax for 48 hours in your cabin. Order food to the room. Stay hydrated but I would recommend that you stay away from ****. You can call me whenever you want. “

“I guess you are traveling with friends. If you share your cabin with someone else I or rather the cruise company can fix another cabin for your friend. Read or watch films. Stay away from social media. But also take time to think about what went wrong with your ex. Think about both the good times and the bad times. Reflect on your time with him. After 48 hours of rest I will examine you again. If you still feel sick we need to figure out what could be the problem. “

Cindy smiles shyly. She doesn’t look so surprised by John’s recommendation. However she tries one more time. Cindy looks at John and starts speaking.

“Okay I guess I can relax in my cabin for a day or two. But why not examine me right now? I am here and you might as well take a more careful look at me. You have time to do it. Doctor why don’t I remove some clothes and you can examine me in just my bra and panties. I just know that it is something wrong with my body.”

John laughs inside. He doesn’t like to think about Cindy as rich and spoiled but he feels that that is the case. He starts talking again. Now much more stern and direct.

“Miss Prado I don’t think that is a good idea. Let me be frank and say something inappropriate and probably also unethical. Don’t you think I would like to examine you without clothes on? With your fabulous body that would be a fantastic experience. But Cindy let’s be honest. Isn’t your real problem the fact that you are a bit heartbroken? So relax now for 48 hours in your cabin. You can call me at anytime if you need me. After resting for 48 hours I will see you again the same time in two days. “

Cindy nods yes. She seems to understand that she will not be examined anymore today. She smiles at John and Cindy starts to leave the room. John follows her out to the front desk. Janice is there working and she welcomes them. John tells Janice.

“I have recommended that Miss Prado should relax and stay in her cabin for 48 hours. No **** and plenty of liquid and lots of rest. But please make an appointment Janice for Cindy to see me again in two days on Tuesday. The same time. I will not prescribe any medication just rest and read or watch movies now Cindy. Don’t go partying with your friends.”

Cindy has accepted his decision. Janice gives her a note with the information about the next appointment. John then writes down his telephone number on the same note. Cindy thank both of them and then she starts to walk away from the medical facility.

John can now see her outstanding ass for the first time and it is juicy and delicious. Firm yet round and very feminine. Maybe the best derrière ever. Should he have examined her in her panties and got a chance to see her fabulous body after all?

Janice notices that John is checking Cindy out. She smiles and laughs. Janice even rises her eyebrows. John laughs to. He was definitely checking Cindy out from behind. He starts talking to Janice.

“Guilty. You caught me. However I can proudly tell you that I didn’t examine Cindy. She insisted and even offered to remove her outfit and only leave her panties on. I just told her that she is heartbroken and needs rest. Finally she agreed and she left the room without any more test. So Janice thank you. You diagnosed her correctly and I didn’t really need to do anything. First patient taken care of. “

Janice looks pleased with John’s words and his actions. She compliments him.

“Good start John. It means a lot when you trust me and listen to my conclusions. I am not sure that she needs a rest but now she can tell her friends that a Doctor recommended that. So that is probably something she appreciates so that she can be more alone and not have to party with her friends.”

“Let’s go back and get a cup of coffee or something else to drink. Angela can get out here and look after the place. More and more people are on board the ship now and sooner than later another patient will come. “

Janice and John leaves the room. John has started to work. He is a Doctor at a cruise ship. A big chapter in the next stage in his life has begun.
