What does Daisy end up with?
A Physical Attribute?
- SELECTED TARGET: DAISY WILLIAMS -
Identity: Cow
Okay, before I think about how absurd that result is, I have to ask, does that actually help me in this situation? I'm honestly not sure. I mean, cows can't talk, but its not like they're known for being quiet animals. Also, speaking of animals, I guess this makes the second animal-based identity I've seen after my mom. I could try to analyze this identity further, but I'd rather check her first attribute before I make any more judgements.

PRIZED UDDERS
The target's breasts will begin to increase in size. The target's breasts will also begin producing milk and may lactate if they become too full. The amount of milk produced is directly proportional to the size of the target's breasts.
Nope. That definitely doesn't help me right now. It does sound like a fun concept, but it doesn't do anything to fix Daisy's overbearing personality. Actually... it doesn't do anything to Daisy's personality at all. Now that I think about it, this attribute is really weird. Everyone else's attributes have been about changing them mentally, but this one is about changing Daisy's body. I didn't know the remote could do that. I mean, it's magic, so I guess there's no reason it can't change someone's body, but still, it's weird that this has only just now come up.
Well, that sucks. I was really hoping I would be able to get out of this conversation. After the insane luck I had with Dr. Powell, I suppose I kind of lost sight of the "random" part of the Random Remote. Trying to use the remote to make such a specific change is probably not the best idea. I'll try to keep that in mind in the future. Maybe this cow thing will work out at some point, but for right now, I'm still stuck listening to Daisy talk for the next 10 minutes. At least in the future I'll have something more interesting to look at while she rambles. Right now, her ass is her best feature, and I can't exactly stare at that while she's talking to me.
The next 10 minutes are the longest 10 minutes of my life. I keep trying to steal glances at Daisy's chest to see if I notice anything, but unfortunately, I can't really see any difference. I wouldn't think her clothing would grow to compensate her new tits, so it shouldn't take much for me to notice a change. After my brain nearly turns to mush from so much auditory stimulation, more students eventually file in to the class, and at long last, Professor Collins starts the lecture, which causes Daisy to go to her seat. Sweet relief...
Like I already mentioned, Professor Collins is not the most engaging teacher, so the class itself isn't anything worth noting. It's mostly just me flipping my attention between my professor's fantastic backside and Daisy to check on her progress. By the end of class, I still don't notice anything, which I find odd. Maybe it has something to do with it being a physical change. Like maybe those types of changes take longer to start or something. I'm not sure. I'll have to keep an eye peeled, something that won't be too hard to do since Daisy is also in my literature class today.
That being said, as soon as Professor Collins dismisses us, I'm out of that classroom as fast as I can be. No way am I risking Daisy trying to hang out with me in the time between our two classes together. I can check on the size of her boobs once I'm actually in literature. Normally, once I get out of math, I meet up with Violet for lunch, but when I pull out my phone, I notice that I actually that I have a text from her.
Violet: Hey, sorry this is last minute, but something came up and I can't make lunch today.
Dang. There goes my plans for the next hour or so. I was also hoping to check on how she's holding up, since she's had her new identity for over a day at this point.
Matt: That's too bad, but it's fine. We'll talk later.
Violet: We're still on for the movies this weekend, right?
Oh yeah, that's right. Violet and I were planning to go see a movie on Saturday. Some cheesy action movie is coming out. The two of us love those kinds of movies, even if most of the ones we watch aren't very good. If anything, I think we both find the bad ones more entertaining to watch. There's no way I would miss that.
Matt: Definitely.
Violet: Cool. See you then.
Well, time to find something else to do. I'll probably just find a quiet place to sit and wait for class to start, maybe grab a snack somewhere along the way. I don't really want to go eat lunch by myself. Unsure of where exactly I'm going, I spend some time wandering around. While walking through a small courtyard, I do a brief double-take as I feel like I recognize a face. After a second look, I realize that I'm correct. There's a girl walking across the courtyard that seems vaguely familiar. I rack my brain for a moment as I try to remember where I know her from.

Suddenly it hits me: that girl went to my high school! What was her name again? It was something like... Abby? Annie? Amy? That's it! Amy was her name. I didn't know she went to North Ridge. If I remember correctly, she was one of the quietest students in the school, which probably explains why I didn't know she went here. Since I have nothing better to do, I decide to go say hello.
"Hey! It's Amy, right? We went to high school together, didn't we?" I call out as I approach.
As soon as she hears my voice, Amy freezes up. Oh yeah. I just remembered, I'm pretty sure Amy has some sort of anxiety. She always seemed nervous whenever I saw her, which looks to still be the case now. She shrinks down when she sees me and quickly looks at the ground.
"Oh... hey, Matt..." she mumbles. She remembers me. I'm actually a bit surprised, considering how little we interacted back then. I feel a little bad now for taking so long to remember her name.
As I get a good look at Amy, I'm reminded of just how fragile and innocent she looks. Amy isn't really someone I would describe as sexy, but that might be largely due to the way she presents herself. She never wears flattering clothes that really show off her body, so it's hard to know how attractive she really is. I will say that she puts off a very cute vibe, like the kind of person you want to protect from danger.
"How are you doing, Amy?" I ask, trying to get her to open up even a little.
"Um... not great..." she whispers back.
"Why not?"
"I don't know... I'm having a hard time here... It's just... I don't really fit in anywhere..."
Well, that got depressing quickly. I guess she did technically open up a bit, just not in the way I had hoped for. I try to take a step forward to comfort Amy, but that only causes her to panic and back away slightly. She looks up at me, causing me to pause in the hopes that she'll continue, which she does do after a moment of silence.
"Sorry... I didn't mean to make you feel bad... I can be such an idiot... sometimes I wish I could be... someone else..."
The way she phrases that last statement piques my interest. My mind immediately goes to the Random Remote. Maybe... I could help her? Is that a good idea? There is always the chance I make things worse. Although, if she really is this anxious and upset all the time, maybe it would be worth it to her. Shoot, it's a tough call. I decide to phrase what I say next very carefully.
"Amy? If you had a chance to turn yourself into a new person, would you? Even if you didn't have control over what you turned into?" I'm playing with fire, I know, but I can't help it.
"Absolutely." She responds with a surprising amount of certainty for her. "I would be willing to take a risk if it meant I didn't have to..." When she pauses, I realize that she's shaking slightly. Suddenly, she looks down at the ground again and slips past me. "I'm sorry, Matt... I need to go... maybe I'll see you later..."
Well, if she's willing to take a risk, then so am I. I look around and see there's only a few people nearby, all of which aren't paying any attention to me. I pull the remote out of my pocket, turn around, and point it at Amy, who is currently walking away from me. I lock-on to her and start the roulette before she has a chance to get too far. I hope Lady Luck is on Amy's side today...
- SELECTED TARGET: AMELIA TURNER -
Identity: Gym Rat
Gym rat? Like a person obsessed with working out? Does that help Amy in any way? I think so. Isn't regular exercise supposed to improve mood? And while she's obviously has no need to lose weight, building a bit of muscle certainly couldn't hurt her. It's hard to say this early, but this could actually work. Honestly, the fact that this identity isn't immediately concerning is a huge relief for me.
Initial Attribute Unlocked
PUMPING IRON
The target will feel increasingly compelled to work out and will have a constant desire to improve while doing so. The target will also begin to feel more comfortable in gyms and other sports-related settings.
I'm not going to lie, I'm a little jealous of Amy right now. Who knows what could happen with this identity later, but right now, having a desire to exercise sounds like a pretty sweet deal. I can barely motivate myself to walk down the stairs in my own house sometimes. That being said, this attribute, and this identity in general, seem weirdly... unsexual (if that's even a word). I know plenty of people are into the muscular weightlifter look, but I don't know, it still seems a bit tame to me. Although I suppose there's still plenty of time. Add it to the list of things I'll have to keep an eye on.
As much as I would love to keep watching Amy to see if she does anything interesting, I've already stressed the poor girl out enough for right now. I don't want to give her an even bigger panic attack by following her. With nothing else to do, I wait around for a bit until my class is about to start. I make sure to not leave too early, so as to not repeat the mistake I made this morning with Daisy. Once I feel comfortable with the amount of time left, I head off to class.
Does anything happen when you get to literature class?
