“Got beat up again, huh?”

The woman who looked like a punk rocker, if it weren’t for her white lab coat took a puff on her cigarette before inspecting the damage.

Ashley could do nothing but blush as he was **** to keep his legs spread with his arms behind his back, utterly exposing his private parts to the woman in front of him.

Why he needed to do that when the scratches were on his hand was anyone’s guess, but he was not a doctor.

Technically, neither was the woman in front of him, but that was not something you say to her face.

“Doesn’t look like she actually did any damage, but just to be sure…” The school nurse grabbed a cup from a nearby shelf and filled it with all manners of pills. Then she crushed them, added some gooey liquid to it and stirred the whole of it.

The way she moved reminded Ashley a bit of a bartender mixing a cocktail.

“Alright, Ashy-ko, bottoms up.”

Ashley looked at the foul smelling concoction and gulped. “Are you sure about that, Shizu?”

“It’s a new mix”, Shizu stated, as if that somehow would make it better. “Just plug your nose and chug it. Won’t even pass out this time. Probably.”

Ashley sighed. He knew he would give in. Shizu always had a way of getting him to agree to trying her “alternative” medicines.

At last taking the cup he did what he did dozens of times before, forcing it down his throat in one strong gulp.

“HACK!”

The taste varied but it never got any easier to swallow. Before long his head began to spin and he had to lay down.

“Fufufufufu….”

Shizuka stared at her **** specimen that lay naked on the examination table with a slightly euphoric grin on her face.

Truly her greatest work of art.

“Last weeks muscle degradation was...0.05% That’s a bit on the high side, I need to adjust the dosage again. Still zero hair growth beyond head and eyebrows...As for penis size...within predicted margins. Mental and emotional stability operates in lower but still acceptable parameters.”

When Shizuka Hayabusa started the Pompadour project three years ago not even she could have envisioned this massive success.

Ashy-ko was always a rather delicate and scrawny boy and would certainly be called a late bloomer, to put it lightly.

However, if his natural growth would have been allowed to continue even he would eventually have turned more masculine.

As an example, without her intervention he would have grown muscles by now!

Shizuka shuddered at the mental image. That had to be prevented at all costs.

Fortunately, she intervened just barely in the nick of time and slowly guided Ashley towards a more fitting path. And she achieved this without any hormones. It is a huge breakthrough in affirmative care!

And mind you, this project of hers didn’t stop with mere physical changes. Steady subliminal messaging and psychological counseling also ensured Ashley mental well-being. Thanks to her intervention Ashley now hates confrontation and tends to easily agree with everything. His sex drive was tweaked too, making him more sensitive to stimulation. She even had him develop a mild stutter, but that was more of a cosmetic bonus.

One particular reading caused her to raise an eyebrow.

“Still as sharp as ever”, Shizuka murmured with a bit of a complicated smile as she observed his brainwaves.

His meek behavior serves as pretty effective camouflage, but Ashy-ko really was too smart for his own good. Quite frankly, he could do with being a bit dimmer. It would be relatively easy to achieve too.

But Shizuka could never bring herself to do it. Messing with someone’s intellect was the greatest of sacrilege. And she will not cross that line, consequences be damned.

Talking about consequences the treatment itself didn’t come without some minor side-effects either.

Nothing too drastic really, mostly just the fact that with his weak constitution and non confrontational personality, there was no of Ashy-ko ever becoming a fully functioning member of society or getting into a romantic relationship.

Shizuka glanced at his hand.

It was infinitely preferable to the monstrous alternative.

And of course, Shizuka had no intention to just abandon Ashy-ko after his treatment was completed.

Once Shizuka published her research on the Pompadour project, funding will be a non issue.

She will then apply for custody and become his legal guardian. Through the years she has gathered plenty of evidence that Ashy-ko is suffering from severe mental illness, exacerbated by **** both domestic and at school, that made him legally incompetent. With no other family to speak of and her close relationship with him, there is no question that the guardianship will be granted. Especially when the individual himself will advocate for it.

Shizuka smiled warmly as she stared at the nude, **** boy in front of her.

Soon, she will be able to treat her cute little guinea pig properly.

“Woaaaaaahhh...”

Just as de sade before, Shizuka stumbled into the arena more or less voluntarily. Although the doctor certainly showed a lot more awe and wonder at her surroundings.

“That’s one hell of a trip”, the nurse mused while combing through her messy hair and lightning herself a smoke. “Note to self: Do not combine Valcyte with Pantozol.”

“Your brain is not on ****, dear Doctor, or rather your brain is on the best **** there is, the **** of fake reality tv!”

The silence was deafening, so Ora used her magic thorn crown to illicit fake applause.

Shizuka on the other hand just grunted and shook her head. She quickly deduced that she probably should sit on one of the remaining free mats and sleep. Sleep sounds wonderful right now.

“Don’t fall asleep, you quack!”

“Shizu...t-that...that was a lie, right?”

“A lie?”, Ora raised a hand and gasped in fake outrage. “My Femboy, I am appalled! What you just witnessed was the truth and nothing but the truth!”

Naturally everyone else saw Shizuka’s intro too. The reaction among the contestants were varied. Four were horrified, one was indifferent and one showed a hint of arousal.

Oh, and before you ask. No, the contestants will get no point for seeing the masters naked body in a intro cutscene of another contestant.

Because that would be dumb and stupid and dumb! And Ora totally didn’t forget about it until the last minute!

Anyways, Ashley stared at Shizuka with his mouth open.

“T-those things, you didn’t do...you...”

“Whoops”, Shizuka stuck her tongue out “Guess, I got found out. Yeah, my bad.”

“YOUR BAD?”

For the first time since arriving here, Ashley actually seemed genuinely upset.

There were only two people in his life that he trusted completely.

And one of them used him as a human experiment.

“Myyyyy”, Ora cackled. “I wasn’t expecting such a strong reaction. Looks like your formula needs a bit more tweaking because this is one angry femboy!”

“Big Bro, I had no idea”, Kikki sniffled and dappled her tears.

“This is fooked up”, Liz agreed. “No wuckers Shortstuff's such a sook.”

Ora waited for a bit, hoping for a valid crashout from her master but it seems he was more the mewling and trembling in silent anger type.

Shizuka meanwhile shrugged her shoulders and yawned. “Eh, you get over it. Anyways, good night.”
