some strange rewind in time

Pippa awakens somewhat rested and with a strange feeling. as she comes too she hangs in the air in a booby trap over the path she took two days earlier. but time to ponder she has not, she can already hear a horse trot on the path and from the sounds it has a rider that wears armor

while she struggles to get out of the sling a knight like she saw on a horse comes in sight. he doesn't wear a helmet and it looks like zehpyrs face

"Hoh. a stranger in these parts of the woods? let me help you down before something else finds you that is of less noble intent!"

Pippa decides to do as if she doesn't know him. It could be a scam, to deceive her.

"well, hello, kind sir. Please help me."

he gets under Pippa and holds her up a bit before cutting the rope with a knife and sitting Pippa behind him on the horse

"Well, that was unluckly to get into that snare. Who are you, fair maiden?"

"My name is Pippa. It seems that like many in theses lands, I was someway lost and i found myself in this forest"

"And that while you are in such a predicament." he gestures towards her pregnant belly "it is a good thing i found you. i know a place nearby that is safe. Allow me to bring you there."

"It sure will be some relief to not be alone for that. Thank you sir"

They ride a while before the forest gives way for a small clearing, big enough to house a fort or keep. it is of sturdy rock and stone, enough to house maybe 4 to 6 people. he rides up to it and takes a horn from his belt, blowing it and a thick wooden door is openend

Pippa tries to not show her fear of that knight, as he may put her into the trials

Somehow, Pippa hopes that Ostea and Borea are still alive in their house, since thoses few days seem not to have happen

"enter, i have two friends living here. they serve the light and will not send away a soul in need of help."__

he turns his horse around

"I have to go on patrol, but surely we will meet again."
