"OK, I wish she'd slow things down a bit," you say. "I also wish no one noticed what she did but us."

"Done," says Amina.

"Oh, not now sweetie," Beth tells Paul. She leans in to his ear, "But get me alone, and I'll put on a show that will knock your socks off!" She playfully bites his earlobe.

"Wow!" says Ginger, "She DOES have an inner bad girl!"

"Yeah, we just don't want her to be the school slut," you say. "She still needs enough of the old Beth that makes her our friend, you know?"

"Yeah, I guess," says Ginger.

"What about your romantic situation?" you ask.

"Oh, well," Ginger actually blushes.

"What?" you say excitedly prodding her.

"Wellll, I wish I could have an affair with Mr. Korrey, and no one would ever find out about it!"

You nod at Amina and smile. Amina nods and smiles.

"All taken care of," you say.

Ginger grins broadly. "So coollll!"

"God! Women!" you hear as Garreth McDee, your group's male buddy slams his backpack on the table. He sits down and before anyone can ask what's up, he goes on. "I mean, Sherry is like the worst lab partner ever! We have our semester project due in two days, and all she does is fuckin' primp!"

"Oooh sounds wike you got a widdle crush on her," Ginger says.

"Puh-lease," says Garreth. "She's totally hot, but all she cares about is shopping, hair, and make-up! She's not stupid, but as long as she keeps a C average, mommy and daddy keep her in the money!"

Garreth iss a plain looking boy, average height with scruffy dark blonde hair. He's the ultimate guy friend for a girl, but never the boyfriend type. He's very nice and would never say a mean word to Sherry to her face, and the girls really do suspect he had a crush on her.

"Well, I wish she just found you totally sexy and would do anything you said," says Ginger winking at you.

You smile and nod, and so does Amina.

"Yeah, at least the second part would be nice," says Garreth opening his Dr. Pepper.

"What would you do if she had to obey you?" you ask as you see Sherry sitting two tables over checking herself in the mirror.
