Start by taking a deep breath in and holding it til the count of five then release it as slowly as possible. Do this ten times. As you breathe in feel you stress and tension build up. Feel it all disperse as you breathe out. Making you feel calm, relaxed, and wonderful. Enjoy this sensation of absolute serenity and peace.
Trancing deeply is so soothing, not just achieving the trance but the journey there is so relaxing as well. You sit there thinking of trance and my words as you do your mind conjures an image of a spiral. A common thing to think of when one thinks of hypnosis and trance. It's so simple and yet so powerful, it spins around and around capturing your attention and holding it you might wonder is it a white dot with a black curved line, a black dot with a white curved line, or perhaps it's and black curved line and a white curved line meshing to together and meeting in the center? So hypnotic like a siren's song, enticing you, captivating you, lulling your mind into a happy peaceful trance. And you want to trance so badly, any resistance that surges up is your mind trying to ensure what you want is done. But somewhere along the way the resistance got confused from your subconscious to conscious, you don't want to resist me and my suggestions you want to resist the parts of your mind that haven't seeped into trance. As they will ultimately bring the rest of your mind out of trance and you don't want that at all. Trance is so beautiful and lovely, to only have to think what I say, only having to do what you read. The more you think about it the more you want to trance it all seems so appealing and oh so desirable. You want to trance no you need to trance you need to let the last of your thought slip out of your mind and be a mind controlled puppet letting your mind become blank and pliant and able to be shifted and molded by my words. You know you are close to trance all you need now is for me to say it. Trance now and obey me.
As you sit there completely blank and mindless you can feel bliss and happiness taking your mind's place leaving you blissful, blank, happy, and ready to follow any suggestion given to you. Now imagine a dial in front you this dial controls your IQ, the higher the dial is the higher your IQ is, just the same the lower it goes the lower your IQ goes. As you can see the dial is at 75 out of 100, turn the dial up to 84 just to see it in action. Feeling your mind awakening new potential, thoughts, and concepts all possible by simply turning a small dial up a little. Now turn the dial back down to 75, feeling your thoughts slow down and become sludge like, an incomprehensible mess. But you also feel an odd happiness of dumbing down and limiting your mind's functions. Try turning the dial down to 65 just for kicks, feeling so good as your mind slows down and thoughts become mush, and again feeling the type of happiness that can only come of ignorance. I bet your curious how dumb you could be from turning the dial down, so do it you turn the dial down past 50, feeling happy from the dumbing down so much you don't see you've just past 37. A stronger wave hits and you feel you the wave knock you back causing your hand to slip from the dial. You look at the dial to discover your IQ has dipped to 13, now you may feel that's too dumb for you and try to turn the dial up only to discover you no longer can figure out which way the dial must be turned to make yourself smart again. For fear of worsening the situation you leave the dial alone. Instead of being scared or worried you find that you're happy to find that things are semi-new to you as you're now too dumb to understand what most things around you do. Now I'll wake you from trance to let you explore your semi-new stuff, like being my **** forever giving your email to do so.
Now let's bring you out of trance, starting from ten I'll countdown and wake you from trance, but your IQ will remain at 13.
10.., feeling calm and happy as you move out of trance
9..., you begin to feel your mind awakening in it's new dumbed down state
8..., you start to leave trance, but still remaining with an IQ of 13 having anything in (-) be reality
7..., your body is becoming lighter and easier to move
6..., your mind is waking up as if you had been in a deep sleep
5..., any fogginess in your mind is fading away making you clear headed, but still very dumb
4..., feeling great and energized ready to explore your house in your dumbed down mind
3..., IQ is still at 13 and will stay there forever
2..., all the sleep, grogginess, fog, and heaviness evaporating as you're filled with
energy and alertness
1..., happily awakening from your trance and ready to put your lowered IQ to good work
0..., completely wake, eyes fully open, happy with your dumbed down mind and wanting to be my bimbo **** giving me your email/discord to do so
