in a padded room

Kushina woke up with a groan she tried to massage her head but found her arms restrained by fabric. looking down she sees that she is in a red latex straight jacket. a collar attached to her neck with a chain attached to the middle of the ground. the chain was short enough that she was unable to fully stand up. on her ankles was manacles with only a foot and a half chain limiting her movement even more. On her mouth was a panel gag the same color as the straight jacket. Looking around she found herself in a rubber padded room with only a heavy secured door to stop her from escaping. as she looked around she could find nothing else in the room.

"oh good you are awake," said a familiar voice over the speaker. "now I hope you don't mind the knew room its just till you accept your place as my new ****. I normally don't offer a room allowing for my slaves to sleep in but you were so close I thought it would be a fitting reward."

"of course I also gave you back your favorite piece of equipment," he said as a familiar vibrator turned on even more powerful then it was before. "This time it wont turn off though. and i gave it a friend," he added as she felt another vibrator turn on in her asshole.

"try not to go crazy. though you are already in a padded room so i guess it wont matter," he said as he turned off the light trapping the moaning Kushina in darkness.
