consequences

I stay in the exact same position for what feels like hours, i am definetly missing my first few classes, if i am not expelled from school after this, the first lesson has definetly already started. I hear the door open and close behind me and sets the glass on the desk. "Have a drink, Elise. I looked at your file, it says you are ready for most human classes, but after what we have seen, we are **** to rethink our decision. Do you understand what just happened? You acted like a wild animal, a wolf hunting it's prey. What were you even chasing? If you are at risk of having more delusions like this, we are going to have to put you in the section for the less intelligent new humans."

He sighs as i dont react to a thing he says, i realise what is happening is realy bad, but my head is hurting and i cant seem to focus up. He walks up to me and holds my head, tilting it backwards as he leans me into my chest. He grabs the glass of water and carefully feeds me, pouring a little bit of water in my mouth. I didnt realise how thirsty i actually was, and i finally act, takimg the glass from him and emptying it in seconds. "Thank you, sir."

He smiles down at me, clearly thinking less of me as he just had to feed me and treat me like a baby before acting. "Its okay, little puppy. I am sure you must be very overwhelmed. Are you ready to talk to me now?"

I nod reassuringly, but realise my mistake and answer: "yes, i can talk. I am sorry for what i just did, i didnt see where i was running."

"That is good, but why were you running? The lessons just started, all of the students should be taliing to their mentor right now, having a tour of the school. Why did you decide to run off?"

I blush heavily, it seems like he didnt know i went to the toilets during the speech. How could he have known actually? I was only with Steph, it makes sense he doesnt know, but what do i explain to him? That i had a panic attack? I cant, he will think even less of me. I could say i went to the toilet, no panic attack, that is better, but what about the invisible person? That they stole my panties? I cant tell him that, keith and Barbara clearly told me you dont talk about such taboo topics or you scare people off.

"I... i went to the toilet and something just... i dont know... took over or something. I am sorry."

I lie, trying to save myself from any further embarrasment, but i never expected how much impact this sentance would have on the school. The minotaur pats my head once more.

"I understand, pup, but you cant have this happen again. I will have to report this, we cant have more animals acting outside of human behaviour, or the AES will seize to exist. I will take you to class now, but after school wait for me at the reception. We havent finished yet."

He lifts me up from the chair, carrying me in one of his huge arms without waiting for a response. I dont protest, still being a little too overwhelmed, i spend my time trying to calm down while he takes me to class. This is the first time i am going to be introduced, i cant walk in as a quivering mess, then i might get bullied and i dont want Stephanie protecting me all the time, she is dealing with enough nerves herself.
