Chapter 69 by Dexabyssin Dexabyssin

Run Maria

children?

(Eric POV)

Their tour of the island lasted almost 4 hours. Eric was tempted to fly away several times. The discussions were really tedious, and he wasn't really interested in the distressingly banal subjects. What's more, the idea of being so close to the sea was not the most reassuring. A splash could happen so quickly.

Suddenly Maria appeared trotting towards them. She was sweating and breathing heavily, yet her smile hadn't left her face. Did this girl know how to be sad? No, simpler still, did she know how not to be happy? At least the advantage was that this kind of character would be easy to manipulate.

"Wow, that was intense." said Maria breathlessly.

"Are you all right, Maria?" asked Abigail.

"Where's Daphne you weren't with?" asked Leo.

Once again, he was worried about Daphne. Sure, he had a good reason for doing it then, but it wasn't a good idea to do it now.

"She was with me a moment ago. She'll be here soon," said Maria, who was starting to straighten up.

Naturally, Daphne soon arrived. She trotted along, but was so slow you'd almost think she was walking.

"I'm done, I'm done..." said Daphne before collapsing.

"Daphne!" shouted Leo, rushing to catch up with her.

And here he was playing prince charming saving his princess. It was just so much glitter. This wasn't Disney.

_"Is she all right?" _asked Hanna.

What kind of question was that? She's just collapsed on the floor and you're really wondering if she's okay. Isn't the answer obvious?

"She's just exhausted and collapsed from exhaustion," says Jessica.

"She was very impressive. She certainly went very fast at the start but soon realized she wouldn't keep up. She slowed down and kept going. I really didn't expect that from her. Without wishing to offend her, she really doesn't seem to be an athletic person. Which made it all the more impressive. I was sure she'd give up, or at least choose to do half of it this afternoon. But no, every time she fell, she got up again. Her willpower is ironclad," says Maria.

_"That's all her." _said Leo as he pulled Daphne's hair back into place.

"It'll probably be a while before she comes to her senses," says Abigail.

"Great. Leo, I need to talk to you. Can you come in for a few minutes?" asked Olivia.

"Okay, I'll come," said Leo after a moment's hesitation.

_"I'll come with you," _said Eric.

_"I'd rather talk to him alone. I'd rather talk to him alone," _said Olivia.

"No problem," replied Eric, hiding his disappointment.

"I've got a few questions for you, Eric," says Hanna.

Huh? What the hell did she want with him? And what could Olivia possibly want to talk to Leo about?

"I'm always happy to answer your questions, Hanna. What do you want to talk about?" said Eric, smiling.

"You know Leo well because he's your brother, don't you?" asked Hanna.

"Yes, of course I do. I know Leo well. I'm even his favorite brother," said Eric.

"You're his only brother," said Abigail.

_"Yes, that was the whole joke. Thanks for explaining it, it's much funnier that way." _says Eric.

"Do you know if Leo wants kids?" asked Hanna.

_"I beg your pardon. What did you say?" _asked Eric, hoping he'd misheard.

_"Does Leo want to have children? And if so, how many? How many? One? Two? Five? Ten? Fifteen?" _repeated Hanna

Fifteen? But what did she have in mind? Did she want to start a rugby team? He decided to be diplomatic. There he was running out of information.

"Why do you ask? Isn't it a bit early to be worrying about that?" asked Eric.

"I know, I know even if this happened today, the children wouldn't be born for another nine months, but I wanted to know if Leo wanted to have a big family," said Hanna.

That didn't really explain the question.

"What she meant was that I'd received Leo's fetishes and among them we noticed that he wanted to have children. The question was just to check if Nola's transformations were true," Jessica explained.

That at least made it clearer.

_"You're a bit young to be worrying about that," _said Abigail.

"Why don't you want to have children with Leo?" asked Jessica of Abigail.

"Does that mean I should call Leo, 'Daddy'?" asked Maria, who had joined the conversation.

Eric was clearly uncomfortable with the turn this conversation was taking. He looked around for someone who could help him.

_"Felicia. I'm sure you have an opinion on this. You've spent more time with Leo over the last few years than I have," _said Eric.

Felicia didn't answer right away. She first took the time to glance at Hanna and Jessica, who were watching her, waiting patiently for an answer.

"I remember a conversation on the subject," said Felicia.

"And what did he say?" asked Jessica.

_"He said that when the time came to have children, it wouldn't be his decision to make, but hers." _said Felicia.

An_ 'Oh' _echoed through the assembly. It sounded like Leo. Too cowardly to make decisions for himself.

"He added, and I quote. After all, she's the one who'll have to carry him for 9 months. It's only natural that she should be the main person in charge of this decision," Felicia added.

"Do you think he'd rather have a boy or a girl?" asked Hanna.

What kind of stupid question is that? As if it mattered at all. He had other things to do. He had to find out everyone's secrets. Hanna was undoubtedly the easiest target. However, he would probably find it difficult to take Daphne's or Abigail's.

"I don't know. I think he wants several of each," said Abigail.

"And what are you basing this on, Mom?" asked Maria.

"I'm not sure of anything, but I'm sure Jessica can confirm it," said Abigail.

Jessica blushed and began to think.

"I think he wants more than one child, so yes, boys and girls," said Jessica.

and Olivia & Leo ?
