You explain your predicament, that you got lost in the desert and need to get back to your ship. You offer them rewards if they can return you. You have several pieces of scrap in your ship that you've got nothing to do with, and you'd happily part with it, should they return you.

Of course, they would have to return you first, you can offer little up front. The Jawas seem to debate this, but then help you out of the sand and load you into the trawler. You sit on a pile of scrap metal while one rather talkative Jawa approaches you and doesn't stop speaking for the entire ride, though you have no idea what he's saying, it's almost kind of cute.

After what feels like an eternity, the Jawas summon you. You look out a window and see that you are right on the outskirts of Mos Eisley. You hold to your end of the bargain. But now, it's time to get in your ship and leave this planet.
