and visit the pet department.

“Ashley,” You moan. “I don’t think we can even afford a pet, not too mention a human one!”

Your best friend scoffs, and turns back to face you. Her auburn hair swings around, slapping her small, but ample butt.

“If you didn’t want to help me choose a pet, you could have stayed home and helped unpack the apartment.” While this is a good point, Ashley seems to be forgetting that your apartment is on the ninth floor and that the elevator is out of order.

The sliding doors open, revealing a reception area. Standing from a desk wedged in the corner, the secretary bows. “Welcome to Friendly Pets, thank you for your business. Shall I take tour you around the store?”

Ashley shakes her head. “No, John should be able to decide by himself. Come on!” Ashley pushes the door open, giving you a glimpse of a warehouse sized room, filled with girls sunbathing on the carpet before the double doors swing closed behind her completely leaving you in the dust.

There is an awkward silence as the secretary stares you down. Now that you think of it, how old is she? She looks more wrinkled than a walnut. You try to break the silence with a joke. “Boy, can’t believe Ashley.. um...” You trail off, the secretaries icy stare piercing your soul.

The room seems to be teeming with escape routes, including the door to the shopping center, the automatic doors you came in and... what in gods name is Pets Plus?

A voice come from way too close behind you. “Interested?” Whirling around, you see the secretary right behind you, exposing her way too much wrinkled cleavage. “We just installed that room. It’s part of our sister brand Pet’s Plus, and even though we only have one pet, he sure is a handful! I think he might be a rescue too.”

You close the door in her face, grateful to be rid of the oddly suggestive grandmother. With a sigh, you turn around and survey the interior of the Pets Plus department.
