Zero's Day: Fever of The Pac-Man Persuasion.

You make your way out of the house and down the street to the bus stop. You don't actually stop AT the bus stop. You walk right past it. See, you decided to skip school today. You aren't really sure why. It's just something you decided to do. No big deal, right?

You walk through the town, the houses of your suburb slowly give way to office buildings and shops as you wander into downtown. Many of the smaller shops are closed down, their owners unable to either claim their identities or physically unable to perform the day to day routine of operating a small business. As you turn a corner, you lay eyes on your destination... Mr. Midnight's Arcade.

One of the only remaining arcades in the country, Mr. Midnight's has been one of the most popular hang out spots for young folks for decades. The proprietor, Gabriel Midnight III, had been shifted into his granddaughter Luna (a local college student.) He was getting up in years and supposedly was thinking about closing down before The Great Shift. But after getting shifted into a body that's nearly fifty years younger than his own, he seemed to gain a new lease on life. Honestly, your happy for him. Mr. Midnight has been a figure in your life for sometime. It wouldn't be right if he was gone. You haven't been back here since the Shift. This place is a comfort in these dark times.

You stand outside the arcade. Inside, you can see the beautiful body of Luna Midnight bustling around, preparing to open up for the day, unlocking the doors and switching on the vibrant neon sign.
