Why shouldn't you be allowed to do whatever you want to yourself? You're not bothering anybody. As long as you keep your hands to yourself, why would anyone care?

Everyone will be perfectly aware of what your doing, but they won't see any reason to care unless you get in their way. If you shake your dick in a woman's face while she's trying to watch a movie, she'll just ask you to scoot over a little so she can see the screen but she'd never dream of telling you to put it away. That's none of her business.
