What's next?

You stick around for a bit too long

Ready to get going back, you nonetheless decide to make sure Bella is fine and reassure her before doing so... And that proves to be a mistake. As you give her bare shoulder a friendly pat another minute or two later, a door with a "Supplies" plaque across the hallway from the bathroom opens and an unfamiliar man roughly your age emerges. Although you both know it is useless, Bella and you cover what you can with your arms at you turn towards the movement.

"Ladies, I have heard you talking for nearly 10 minutes now", he chides you without much of a preamble. "A bathroom break is not a chatting break, you should know this in your position". Whoever he is, he is not lacking the confidence to dive into the deep end of the new policy with unfamiliar women in positions of authority. "We were just heading back", you say and realise belatedly how much you sound like a naughty child defending herself. "We had issues to discuss", you add in what you hope is more dignified tone.

Unfortunately this does not help much. If he is at all worried about the possibility of pressing innocent coworkers into being punished, he is not showing it. "There are proper venues to discuss business", he says. "Let's make sure you ladies learn this. I am thinking an enema for bathroom rules... And half a dozen with the medium paddle. Good thing the bathroom has the discipline supplies, we can do it right here."

You are pretty sure the same shock you see on Bella's face is reflected on your own. The new policy has barely started and the two of you are already getting enemas and much harder spankings... In front of one another... From a stranger... In a public hallway. You think there are probably ways in which this could be worse, but none spring to mind immediately. However, the young man who already stepped towards the bathroom suddenly pauses. "Tell you what though", he says. "I will have to keep the enema because of the nature of you offence, but I'll use the light paddle and take you to the break room instead, it must be empty now..."

He regards the two naked higher-positioned women who look at him with obvious hope and finishes the offer. "... if you make out with each other for at least 10 seconds".
