You resist

Looking around the jungle you find a suitable tree to tie the creature to and next to it a stream with clean water. Going back you retrieve a coil of rope from your bag and use it to bind the wug to the tree. Coming back you dress and search the dead wugs for anything useful, but other than a few decorated bone totems they seem to possess nothing worth looting. You study the map once more, memorizing the landmarks you will see on your way to the wug village. Then follow a stream to the village. But remembering the creature's warning you keep an eye out for any hidden guards.

Thanks to its warning you see several wugs sneaking around the jungle. You evade the ones you could but attack the ones that spot you. Upon spotting you they got ready their poison darts but were unprepared for you to attack them allowing you to easily dispatch them.

Soon you come unto a massive balmar tree large enough to be marked on the map. Realizing the short distance to the village you climb up the tree hoping to get a good vantage point but only after making sure that nothing was around. You make it to the top soon enough and get a good view of the the village.

A small walled off area mostly surrounded by walls of wooden planks. Within there are only few diminutive structures and a rather large building located at the center of the village. The walls cover three sides of the village but not the south. The stream you followed to the village feeds into a lake at the southern borders of the village.
