You have to have a talk with Asune so you'll make it happen

As you pull on your clothes you whisper into Asune's ear. "Let's go back to the academy. They might be a while."

Asune finishes wipe the more obvious cum stains from her hair before answering. "I want to talk to Oriana more."

"Later. I want to talk to you first." You hand her her clothes. She looks at them for a moment before taking them and getting dressed. "Will you guys be good to get back without us?" You ask Lucia and Auria who were cuddling on a chair. Lucia waves you off so you don't distract Auria. You smile at the pair and with Asune leave Farrah's house. Outside you are greeted by her driver who opens the door for you. A bit of relief that there isn't a mob outside waiting for you after your successful ritual hits you as you climb inside the carriage behind Asune.

"What did you want to talk about?" Asune asks as she settles into her seat.

"Don't intervene in anyone's religion, to make me, you or any of the others the focus of their worship or otherwise." You say firmly, you were prepared for an argument. Asune's attraction to power over people wasn't something that would be easy to argue her back from but you were going to try.

"If that is what you want." She said.

You open you mouth to lay out your next argument before what she said clicked. "What? Really?"

"If you do not want me to speed up your domination of the Mother followers I won't. Breaking someone into subservience was what I enjoyed at first. I've never thought of using belief as the way to do so I wanted to see how it would look but I understand that you'd want to do it yourself with help first. When your enjoyment of breaking people into your service wains I will manage the rest for you." She sounded bored, or rather she sounded clinical.

You opened your mouth to talk but you had no idea what to say. However, there is now one thing you wanted to talk about, "Asune, remember when we talked about us, and about how I wasn't like you."

"Of course." Asune looked surprised you brought it up. "And since then you've dominated Vatarie, controlled Ana without hesitation, bent Edin to your desire, had a Goddess submit to your whim and assisted me in training Pet. You might not be like me but we can fix that." She sounded pleased with herself.

This is going to be a long conversation. "Asune."

"It's ok, I know this will take time but we'll be the same eventually and then you won't have any reason to ever stop being with me." Her aura look a little ****, by her standards anyway.

"Asune." You grab her hands and hold them up to plant a kiss on them. "I'm not going anywhere, I love you and and going to keep loving you. I'm not going anywhere as I am, you don't need to try to change me to feel safe in being together."

"But I am changing you so isn't it better to finish? Otherwise why else would we need to spend more time alone together? If I don't have to change you then we'll stop spending time together. When I finish training my Pets I'm done, there is no need to spend any more time with them." She looked as confused as you'd ever seen her.

Rather than say anything you wrap your arms around her and pull her into a hug, turning her around to rest her back against your chest. "Or we could just spend time like this because being around each other is comfortable." You saw her aura as she disregarded your opinion, rather the same as you disregard a child when they say something naive. She stayed against your chest for the rest of the trip and when you arrived she waved you out giving you a patronizing head shake before send herself and the carriage off.

You sigh, maybe Clare should add another patient to her roster. Thinking of patients, you have a Cynthia to ... where was Cynthia. She was at the church but she didn't go to the back room, you remember, she'd ran out along with all of the others when Eve sent them to ... breed.

Either Cynthia is outside your room very expectantly, or she'll not need your tutoring after all.
