You go home to stream

Your mind reeling from the events of the morning, you have trouble sitting still on the bus, fidgeting in your seat. You don't really like it when streamers put more effort into their appearance than their content, but you have to acknowledge that putting even just a bit of makeup on has a positive impact on your viewership. You finish getting ready, and open your software. You haven't spent much of your own money on this set up, so you're lucky to have acquired a high quality mic and camera from a friend. Taking a deep breath and putting on a smile, you hit the button to go live.

"Hey everyone! Thanks for joining my last stream before exams! Let's get this show on the road..." you have a couple of dozen viewers already, as most of your fanbase was anticipating this event and you started a few minutes late. You boot up the most recent game you've been playing, a newer first-person shooter that's quickly gained a lot of popularity. Loading up your favourite character, you jump into the game and start to play.

Getting quickly into a rhythm, your first few games go pretty well as you respond to your viewers chats. You get into a friendly back-and-forth with your audience as the stream gets off to a great start.
